Devices
Each emergency device carries a LoRaWAN radio, reporting status, battery voltage and lamp state on licence-free spectrum. Long range, low power, no wiring.
Gateway
One gateway covers a small building; larger or awkward sites take several.* Each one collects from every device in range and backhauls over a single connection: Ethernet, Wi-Fi or 4G. See gateways
Eyeris Core
Holds the schedules, commands the tests, stores every result and serves the dashboard and the reports, in Eyeris Web (any browser) and the Eyeris Setup App (iOS and Android).
Eyeris automates the testing and record keeping. Routine visual inspection is still required for total compliance.

Rollout
Scan it, name it, find it, test it
Eyeris does not require a specialist commissioning engineer with complex and expensive tools. Before or after installation, devices can be scanned and added to the platform with the Eyeris Setup App.

The device's QR code, or type in its Device EUI (NFC optional).
Name
Name, location and device type captured.
Locate
A unique light pattern identifies the device.
Test
Carry out an on-demand function test.
Maintain full compliance
Manual and self-test regimes offer no assurance that you will still have cover should an emergency occur following a discharge test.
Eyeris splits devices into groups, so the site maintains coverage in the event of an emergency. Groups allow testing in waves, never the whole site at once.

EYERIS Gateway
The gateway is required to link Eyeris devices to Eyeris Core.

A gateway will collect telemetry from every Eyeris device in range.
